What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Associate - Client Service Operations (Investments Trader) position at ASPIRIANT LLC?
What we are looking for -
As a member of the Client Service Operations Team at a financial services firm, the Investments Trader is accountable for executing trades, communicating directly with custodians for any information needed, processing trades, processing manual trade requests, generating quarterly trading statistic reports, and managing Advisor or Portfolio Administrator requests. The Investments Trader has a significant amount of direct Advisor and Portfolio Administrator contact. The Trader is always expected to be working to ensure a positive, collaborative team environment
You will -
- Perform Rebalancer reconciliation, previous day trade verification, ensuring accuracy and completion of each.
- Work closely with wealth managers, advisors, and portfolio administrators in maintaining trade requests, execution, and follow-up.
- Update and maintain trading procedures, document and reporting of trading stats.
- Produce and maintain all SEC/Compliance reports as well as perform network folder maintenance.
- Manage direct Advisor and portfolio administrator requests for immediate client trading needs.
- Able to manage and perform Global Rebalancing, 529 Rebalancing and Interclass Exchanges.
- Able to perform high level trading, Options, risk offer trading, etc.
- Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a positive work environment for the entire staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

We want –
- Minimum of three years of experience working in financial services and/or investment management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Word and Excel. Portfolio Center, SchwabLink, Salesforce, Advent Axys, and other applications helpful. Comprehension of databases essential
