Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a SURGICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR to join our team!
The Surgical Services Coordinator assists the nurse manager in coordination of daily activities in the Surgical Services area. Participate in coordination of staff assignments. Provides input to the Nurse Manager in the development and implementation of clinical standards of care. Reports directly to the Surgical Services Nurse Manager.
HOURS: Full time of 1.0 FTE; 80 hours bi-weekly; Day Shift
Experience/Qualifications
- Three to five years Surgical Services RN and previous leadership experience preferred.
- RN with current Wisconsin License.
- Current Certification in BLS and ACLS.
- CNOR Certification within 1 yr of hire.
- Models the Service Excellence Standards in all interactions and activities and holds the team accountable for these standards.
- Ability to multi-task, critically think and problem solve
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact positively and effectively with all levels of the organization.
