ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
85% Creates continued audience engagement through stellar digital and print creative assets that meets department scorecard objectives, which includes:
- Working with marketing project coordinators, writers, and marketing strategists to design multi-channel collateral for project assets that are in alignment with Assurity’s brand standards.
- Designing content for use by our internal sales representatives and the field, including guides, sales ideas, landing pages, webinars, PowerPoint, ads, email, social media, video and more.
- Liaising and collaborating with the content writer to develop the best joint creative solution; and
- Managing the details on multiple projects at one time to ensure assets are delivered on time and on budget.
15% Stays on the forefront of design and technology trends, which includes:
- Striving to always provide new and innovative techniques for creative solutions.
- Assessing and solving complex problems in a creative manner; and
- Performing other functions as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Two to four years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite for Mac
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects, or a willingness to learn, for live and motion graphic-style video production is a plus.
- Strong customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive, dependable, detailed, personable, and organized.
- Talent required in values, work intensity, achiever, positivity, relationship, resourceful, persuasion, command, relationship-extension, and exactness.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in art or graphic design
PHYSICAL AND WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- May require work more than 40 hours a week in order to complete functions of position.
