Astria Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team! This position is located at our Astria Health Center in Zillah!
What you get to do every day!
As the Clinic Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the day-to-day business operations in a clinic setting, ensuring patients’ needs and clinic objectives are met. You will:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of providers, supervisors and clinic staff.
- Responsible for overall clinical operations that optimize best practices of the clinic.
- Monitor budget and billing payments, and account reconciliations
- Monitor, and oversee the ordering of medical and office supplies, maintaining appropriate and established inventory levels.
- Responsible for promoting high standards of practice management through utilizations of standardized polices, protocols and guidelines.
- The role establishes quality improvement efforts to support the delivery of patient and family focused care and knowledge-based decision making as the framework for superior delivery of care.
- Facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning, and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
- Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administrator or equivalent.
- Three or more years of equivalent experience in healthcare or multi-physician practices.
- Oral and written fluency in the English language.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract.
