Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence while directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Make reservations
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding services offered and provide information accurately.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Hotel Front Desk Experience
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
