ATG Entertainment is Hiring an Office Manager Near Orleans, LA

POSITION:Office Manager

LOCATION:New Orleans, Louisiana

HOURS: Full Time

COMPENSATION: up to $30,000 salary (Commensurate on experience)


ABOUT THE POSITION

The Office Manager leads the office administration and reception desk for Saenger & Mahalia Jackson Theaters in New Orleans, LA. Interfacing with customers, colleagues, and clients, the Office Manager serves as a central point of contact for all departments, managing general office communications and support needs.

This position reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.

PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

  • Greeting and assisting colleagues, clients, and patrons with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Gathering/keeping track of credit card spends throughout the month.
  • Uploading all Credit Card transactions, receipts, and invoices into Concur.
  • Maintaining an efficient office environment by managing day to day office responsibilities (answering phones, distributing mail, team communications as necessary).
  • Communicating with the NOLA team regarding weekly staff meetings, pertinent office and administration updates, and information or FAQ inquires that may help team provide seamless customer service.
  • Managing charitable ticket contributions.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and communicating with Accounts Payable team.
  • Managing office supply inventory/orders
  • Assisting the Grand Suite & Club Director with monthly assembly and distribution of Suite Member ticket deliveries.
  • Preparing office team breakfast/lunch meetings, birthday celebrations and special events including the NOLA holiday gathering.
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed


EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Outstanding communication skills and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Superb time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, contributing with various tasks as required.
