Technical & Media Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical & Media Assistant to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the company's website, social media and assist from technical perspective. This position will be working with our technical team for writing and editing technical contents to be published on multiple digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the website and social media platform
• Optimize and promote the company’s social media profiles and presence.
• Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos) to articulate the benefits of our products to the market.
• Follow instructions to build and test server products.
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
• Undertake office tasks and coordinate the computer technical activities when instructed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous Web design and Adobe software knowledge/experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office 365 and MS Outlook.
• Familiarity with up-to-date computer hardware products is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic computer building.
• Able to meet deadline and detail-oriented.
