What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Office Manager position at Atlantic Apothecary, Inc.?

  • QuickBooks experience required.
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Prior pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Available to work on site at least 3 days per week.
  • Manages office operations alongside the office manager.
  • Handles bookkeeping for pharmacy-related income and expenses.
  • Orders office supplies and equipment.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
  • Plans office events, including holiday and staff meetings.
  • Other responsibilities based on pharmacy workflow needs.
  • Pleasant attitude, good interpersonal skills, punctuality, and the ability to multi task are required for this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
