We are currently hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator . This position will be responsible for working within our New Equipment Department processing new sales orders in a timely manner.
Effective communication with vendors and salespeople is essential for success in this role.

Your New Role
- Maintain and manage accurate documentation surrounding the sales order process
- Obtain credit approvals for new orders
- Place orders directly with manufacturers and vendors
- Manage the receipts and delivery dates of customer orders
- Assist salespeople in facilitating the processing of orders
- Organize the timing of equipment, accessories, and attachment deliveries
- Gather required lease documentation
- Backup receptionist duties when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed :
- 1-2 years in sales coordination or related back-office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A positive attitude
