Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various departments.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform medical documentation accurately and timely to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Assist in procedures such as suturing and administering dermal fillers when applicable.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, including toddler care and post-operative instructions.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgery center or critical care setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with long-term care practices and behavioral health is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
