About the role
Our leadership team at Attain continues to expand, and we are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Client Services to guide our dynamic account management team. This role will drive the goals, vision and execution of our client services function, overseeing relationship management across a diverse range of industries and agencies. You'll partner with senior leaders across the broader sales, product and strategy organizations, to provide innovative solutions across our growing portfolio.
As Attain's offerings evolve beyond measurement, programmatic media, insights & activation, you'll play a critical role in driving operational excellence through success of partner campaigns and help us achieve significant business growth. You'll bring a deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with a strategic mindset to shape the pivotal future of Attain's client facing initiatives.
What a typical week might look like
- Client Strategy & Business Growth
Implement strategic account planning processes to grow our top client relationships and partnerships
Build, mentor and scale a high-performing team that ensures Attain's indispensable value to leading agencies, brands, platforms and media owners
Oversee the full client lifecycle-from onboarding to renewal-ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact at every stage
Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring client needs directly inform Attain's product roadmap, service enhancements, and go-to-market strategy
