What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member position at Augusta Lawn Care Services?
We are actively onboarding new hires in February and will have full time hours available the 1st week of March!
Job Summary:
Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns. You will be cross trained on other services such as mulching, weeding, shrub trimming, ect.

We are looking for someone that is flexible as we currently have 2 locations that need help during the day. One in Moore and one in Norman. Hours will vary from week to week depending on schedule and workload.
This position will be very physically taxing on your body. You will be outside in the elements all day including hot and humid days. You will be on your feet and pushing a mower the majority of the day.
This will not be a dead end job unless you make it that way. We are actively looking to groom general managers that can take over a location within the next 1-2 years.
We pay based on performance. You get paid a portion of the labor revenue you bring into the business based on your efforts. Base pay is $15/ hr. Top performers can walk away with $18-25/ hour!
