Austill's Educational Services and AOT, Inc., the leading providers of school-based related services in southeastern/western Pennsylvania seek a dedicated, experienced talent sourcing specialist to work full-time with our recruitment team. This detail-oriented individual will be responsible for utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates for school-based related services positions within Austills and AOT, Inc. contracts, including licensed certified occupational therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and speech-language pathologists. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and be able to work at our Exton office 2 days/week and 3 days/remotely (M-F, day, possibly early morning or evening hours, and perhaps a few Saturdays a year).

We also foster close relationships with regional universities and community groups.
Essential Functions:
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to locate both active and passive candidates.
Identify and engage high-quality pediatric therapists through proactive sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other creative channels.
Build and maintain a robust, talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with the Director of Recruitment, Manager of Recruitment, and HR Generalist to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Keep abreast of hiring trends.
Efficiently facilitate the connection between qualified candidates and the recruitment team to initiate the interview process.
Provide regular updates to the recruitment team regarding sourcing progress and market insights.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in recruiting.
Attend career fairs and conferences as needed.

Required Skills & Abilities:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1 years of experience in a sourcing or recruitment role, preferably in healthcare or therapy services.
Experience sourcing pediatric OTs, PTs, or SLPs is a strong advantage.
Strong ability to use MS Office, ATS, and other databases.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Active PA Drivers License, willing to travel to recruiting and other such events.
