Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory and features
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate the purchase process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Utilize sales management tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast future sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automotive sales
- Bilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Outbound sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing and profit calculations
