We are currently searching for an Accounting Assistant to work in our Warwick Home Office. Presently, we have 6 locations in 3 states and growing. Come grow with us by joining our team!
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of Accounting Experience
Good time management skills
Great analytical skills
High degree of accuracy
Strong mathematical skills
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
Superb time management and detail orientation
Desire to learn and improve
Superior communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
Assist with reconciling lease accounts
Gather and verify AP invoices for appropriate documentation prior to posting
Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger and cashbook
Support other accounting and finance team members
Assist with other tasks as needed
