$18.00-$20.00 an hour, Based on Experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm. Printing Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and fine-tune cutting-edge bindery equipment like cutters, folders, stitchers, booklet makers, and PUR binders.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize operations to minimize downtime and maximize quality.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members, empowering them to succeed while ensuring smooth workflows.
- Follow strict quality and process controls to produce high-quality results that exceed expectations.
- Communicate effectively during shift handoffs, ensuring seamless productivity between teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to keep processes sharp and efficient.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, adhering to all safety standards.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous machine operating experience required; experience in printing or bindery operations preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret job instructions and specifications with precision.
- Dedication to Safety : Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to creating a hazard-free environment.
