About the Role

The Supply Chain Program Lead will play a key role in driving the success of the Construction Market. This position involves overseeing supply chain processes, aligning schedules, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams to meet project milestones. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director and Construction General Manager, you will implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, manage critical tasks, and help streamline operations.


Your Impact

In this role, you will:

- Ensure Seamless Operations: Facilitate effective communication between construction teams and ASI's supply chain, overseeing orders, logistics, and deliveries.

- Drive Alignment: Collaborate across teams to identify supply chain assignments, establish schedules, and define deliverables.

- Optimize Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business unit goals and ensure on-time product delivery.

- Manage Milestones: Define milestones, due dates, and deliverables to ensure teams stay on track.

- Provide Clarity: Solidify and communicate construction requirements to the Supply Chain team with precision and clarity.

- Resolve Challenges: Identify and address risks or root causes of missed milestones, working proactively to implement solutions.

- Support Teams: Provide guidance to Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing Engineering, and Prototype teams to maintain high standards and efficiency.

What You'll Do

- Liaise between ASI Supply Chain and construction product divisions for ordering, logistics, packaging, prototyping, and delivery schedules.

- Schedule and lead meetings to monitor and manage on-time product deliveries.

- Prepare and report forecasted demand and status updates to leadership teams.

- Evaluate and assist in selecting potential suppliers that align with company standards.

- Ensure adherence to ASI supply chain processes and accurate transaction tracking.

- Collaborate with construction teams to understand schedules, milestones, and evolving product requirements.

- Mitigate risks by addressing supply chain bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Analyst, Planner, Manager, or similar role in supply chain or related industries.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.

- Experience with project management tools, project lifecycles, and problem-solving methodologies.

- A history of success in leading and organizing projects across multiple teams.

- Strong ability to coordinate milestones, manage schedules, and deliver results.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

- Preferred experience in automation or robotics industries.

- Flexibility to travel 10-15% as needed to support projects and teams.
