We are looking for a dedicated Property Management Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our property management team. The Property Management Assistant will assist the property manager with the general upkeep of the residential units and provide any necessary services for tenants, owners, and vendors as part of the property management team,
Job Summary
The job duties of a property management assistant include overseeing maintenance and repairs and handling administrative responsibilities for a variety of properties.

Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors regarding property-related issues.
Coordinates with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
Coordinates with outside vendors to arrange for, maintenance, landscaping, and other services.
Investigates and helps to resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations.
Assistant Property Manager Qualifications/Skills:
1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with tenants, property owners, and maintenance personnel effectively.
2. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of addressing and resolving tenant issues, maintenance problems, and other property-related concerns quickly and efficiently. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, from rent collection to lease agreements and property inspections.
5. Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent service to tenants and property owners, building positive relationships, and addressing their needs promptly.
6. Time Management: Efficiently managing time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, especially during peak leasing seasons.
7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant tools.
8. Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and colleagues.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
