What You'll Do
- Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
- Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
- Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
- Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
- Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
- Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or higher in related field
- 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients
- Current licensure necessary to practice for this role in the state of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD etc.)- Board approved supervisor
- Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
