Softtek Government Solutions is hiring a Jr. Management Analyst to support our client, Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). ASPR is a public health preparedness and emergency response organization in the Office of the Secretary at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. ASPR was created under the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to lead the nation in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the adverse health effects of public health emergencies and disasters. The Jr. Management Analyst will provide high‐level program and project management support across Office of Data Analytics Information Advantage (ODAIA), advancing the organization’s strategic goals and ensuring effective coordination across all program offices.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and analyzes procedures and operating policies to assess their effectiveness.
- Provides evaluations and written recommendations or effectively manage administrative operations.
- Study, interpret, develop and implement new and existing admin directives, write instructions related to personnel matters.
Required Education:
- Bachelors degree is required in relevant field (Life Sciences and/or Management and Business). 2-4 years experience
- US Citizenship, ability to obtain Public Trust
