Landscape Installation Project Manager
A rapidly growing landscape company with ambitious young leadership is seeking a Landscape Installation Project Manager to oversee high-end landscape installations from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards by managing both in-house crews and subcontractors. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a hands-on approach to project execution, team development, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management & Execution
Oversee all aspects of landscape installation projects, ensuring adherence to design plans, budgets, and timelines.
Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors alongside in-house crews.
Monitor job site progress, proactively addressing challenges to maintain efficiency and quality.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and company expectations.
Team Leadership & Training
Lead, train, and mentor team leaders and crew members in proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
Provide ongoing performance feedback to develop future leaders within the team.
Quality Control & Customer Relations
Conduct site inspections to ensure craftsmanship and design integrity.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during installation, providing clear updates and addressing concerns professionally.
Perform final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any final adjustments.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
Conduct regular safety meetings and job site inspections.
Equipment, Materials & Documentation
Manage the procurement, delivery, and inventory of materials and equipment.
Track project progress, labor hours, and costs to maintain profitability.
Maintain accurate job site reports, safety checklists, and change orders.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in landscape installation or project management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and technical specifications.
Experience managing both in-house crews and subcontractors.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
