As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand support for our leadership team, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be a trusted partner, juggling multiple tasks, managing calendars, and handling a variety of requests from internal and external partners. Your proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs will help our executives stay focused on growing the business and serving our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between departments.
- Serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and decision-making, ensuring all details are thoroughly covered.
- Assist in managing ongoing projects, tracking deadlines, and helping prioritize tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Anticipate the needs of the team, offering proactive support and stepping in where needed to ensure operations are seamless.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
