Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Participate in the interview process and provide feedback.
- Help organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of HR documentation.
