LTC Quality Assurance Nurse/Infection Control
This person is directly and indirectly responsible for the provision/supervision of quality nursing care rendered to adult and geriatric residents. The Quality Nurse must learn and understand Federal and State guidelines to ensure that compliance is achieved and maintained with all regulations. This position is responsible for monitoring and reporting specified Quality Assurance measures and implementing procedures to improve outcome of area identified as needing improvement.
Candidate will receive Infection Preventionist training once hired and will be responsible for oversight of the Infection Control Program.
Requirement: Must be a licensed RN and have graduated from an accredited school. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience. And current CPR.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
