What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk/Data Entry position at Baggenstoss Management?
This position is responsible for: Entering contracts in two systems, maintaining google doc spreadsheets, filing, answering the phone and other office tasks.
Must have strong background in office setting.
Past employment references.
Reliable with attendance.
Correspondence must be grammatically correct and thorough.
Able to work independently without supervision as well as have a good work ethic and be accountable for your work performance.
Position is 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Paid time off earned after 90 days employment. Casual work environment with professional attitudes.
