• Timely and Effective Communicator: Respond to client inquiries, insurance carriers, sales teams, and supervisors with professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Knowledge Navigator: Stay up-to-date with carrier products, guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes, enabling you to make well-informed recommendations to clients.
• Analytical Insight: Compare and analyze current exposures to develop compelling renewal or new business specs for marketing purposes quotes for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Presentation Prodigy: Prepare engaging proposals, collaborating with the sales team, to deliver powerful client presentations.
• Efficiency Engineer: Execute accurate invoicing and financing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met promptly.
• Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Process and review policies, endorsements, endorsement requests, and audits with meticulous attention to detail.
• Organization Champion: Keep everything in order by managing timetables, summaries, and schedules for the entire book of business, focusing on coverage, renewals, deliverables, and marketing strategy.
