Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Issaquah, Washington
Pay Range: $85,000 to $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
As our Service Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring high levels of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Specific duties include:
- Scheduling & Coordination:
Organize and prioritize maintenance, repair, and warranty tasks.
Coordinate service repair orders (ROs) to ensure a smooth workflow.
Oversee technicians’ workload to maximize efficiency and output.
- Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on completed repairs to uphold service standards.
Proactively monitor repair processes for continuous improvement.
- Customer Relations:
Provide timely and professional communication with customers.
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Warranty & Insurance:
Manage warranty claims, including filing and coordinating necessary work.
Estimate and oversee insurance repairs.
- Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate service department employees.
Implement training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity and morale.
- Financial Oversight:
Monitor and improve departmental margins, efficiency, and productivity.
Review and refine processes to maintain high levels of performance and satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday with a Saturday Rotation
