The Balanced Body Center is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team to coordinate patient and community communication. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and efficiently, fostering improved and positive communication between our patients and our Chiropractors, naturopath, massage therapists, physical therapists and nurses. We are seeking an individual that can manage all aspects of the patient experience in our office including daily interactions, patient scheduling and reception, email communication, video communications, social media, marketing, website maintenance and development of internal systems.
