What We Do

We help patients understand and manage their medical bills through a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients to negotiate payments and payment plans.
• Perform skip tracing and update consumer records.
• Comply with regulations (HIPAA, FDCPA, UDAAP, etc.).
• Meet performance goals (KPIs).
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to complete required training and testing.
• Strong communication skills and results-driven.
