Equities Trading Support

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Trade Support Analyst to help manage and support equity derivatives trades. You will work closely with traders to ensure that trades are processed smoothly, help resolve any trade issues, and make sure everything complies with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equity derivatives trades (like options and futures) are correctly processed in the system.
• Confirm trade details with counterparties and fix any differences.
• Act as the go-to person for any trade-related problems and resolve them quickly.
• Perform daily checks to make sure trade positions match across different systems.
• Work with external clients and brokers to solve issues and answer questions.
• Prepare and share trade reports with the team and senior management.
• Work with other teams to make processes more efficient and reduce errors.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in trade support or operations, preferably in equity derivatives.
• Knowledge of equity derivatives (options, futures, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and trade processing systems (like Bloomberg).

• Experience with basic programming (like Python or VBA) to automate processes.
• Understanding of trade settlement processes.
