Position Overview
The Payments Product Analyst will support the Director of Enterprise Payments by executing key initiatives and driving product-specific strategies for a number of payment solutions, including debit and credit card services. This role combines tactical execution with strategic thinking, designed for an individual ready to take ownership of projects and make impactful contributions. The Analyst will focus on optimizing product offerings, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and executes strategic initiatives for various payment products identifying growth and efficiency opportunities, in coordination with the Director of Enterprise Payments.
- Supports the development and implementation of product strategies within the Enterprise Payments division, aligning with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
- Analyzes data and performance metrics to assess product success and identify areas for optimization.
- Creates and maintains documentation for procedures, policies, and product enhancements.
- Acts as a liaison with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product operations and delivery of client solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, payments, or financial services.
- Proven ability to make independent, well-informed decisions, demonstrating sound judgement and accountability for results.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Teams, Dynamics, Excel (i.e. combining datasets, utilizing formulas for data analysis, experience with Pivot Tables and functions such as VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management, payments, and banking product operations.
- Familiarity with variety of financial payment solutions (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH, Wire, FedNow/RTP, Remote Deposit, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Zelle, BillPay).
- Advanced skills with bank systems (e.g. Director, Payment Exchange, TAS, Centrix, Weiland).
