As a Barclays Meteor Developer, you will be an integral part of Prime Data Applications team, which is responsible for providing all Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Analytics and reporting services across all Prime business area. In your role, you will be facilitating regulatory reporting, internal reporting and critical trading tools that helps the business in making right decisions to maximize profits for the firm.

What will you be doing?
• Liaising with all stakeholders including tech/ops partners and drive the documentation of UAT Scripts and support for UAT execution and the management of defects
• Helping systems implementation and execution into BAU and be on site in the business area to provide support, guidance & issues escalation
• Ensuring continuous improvement is central to the delivery of Operational Readiness taking feedback from workstream leads and stakeholders
• Communicating professionally and confidently to a global audience and support the creation of presentation materials in Transformation team and Project meetings
• Extracting and interpreting data and turn into a presentable format for their own presentations and as part of the deliveries of other key stakeholders
• Undertaking other duties that may reasonably be required in order to meet the objectives of Wholesale Lending Operations
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of Business Requirements and the creation of Testing scenarios within a project delivery lifecycle
• Experience in Corporate and/or Investment Bank lending
• Drive, enthusiastic and proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Broad knowledge of Loan IQ and/or ACBS
• Expertise in JIRA, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel
• Knowledge & experience working closely with IT, Transformation & Change area.
• Prior experience at dealing with stakeholders at all levels
