Warehouse Lead

You lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and supply of materials to support seamless production and timely outbound shipments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments.

• You supervise forklift operators and warehouse staff, assisting with equipment or process guidance as needed to meet daily targets.

• You ensure storage practices maximize space and maintain orderliness, enabling easy access to inventory and materials.

• You coordinate closely with the plant manager to adjust resources for high-demand periods.

• You oversee supply readiness by reviewing production, inbound, and outbound shipment schedules, addressing shortages proactively.

• You consolidate recyclable materials, loading them on drop trailer and scheduling the pickup of recycled materials when the trailer is full.

• You print and verify picking lists and receivers, ensuring team members complete these tasks accurately, and select LOTs for upcoming outbound shipments.

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• You have prior supervisory experience, ideally in warehouse or logistics settings, with experience managing warehouse equipment and team operations.

• You are proficient in warehouse management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling and inventory tasks.

• You have strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, plant management, and other departments.

• You have problem-solving skills and adaptability to address and adjust to unforeseen logistical issues or staffing needs.

• You have keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in storage, picking, and documentation.
