This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at Baron Machine Co., Inc. in Laconia, NH. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting quality audits, and providing training and guidance to employees. The Quality Assurance Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes and methodologies
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures
- Ability to conduct quality audits and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
