As an Associate Licensor, you’ll become a subject matter expert on state licensing regulations, supporting Barton’s business objectives by ensuring the efficient and timely licensure of healthcare providers. You will be an essential part of the licensing team, helping to streamline and grow our licensing processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage individual provider licensing files, ensuring all required documents and information are collected and organized.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with state medical boards and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless licensing.
- Conduct thorough reference checks, background verifications, and follow-ups to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Oversee the licensing process with each state medical board, meeting tight deadlines and aligning with business goals.
- Assist healthcare providers in completing medical licensure applications, ensuring a smooth and expedited process for assignment readiness.
