Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business by providing administrative assistance, customer service, and contributing to various business functions such as logistics, marketing, and inventory management. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining business documentation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Order Processing: Assist with the order fulfillment process, including entering orders into the system, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring timely shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory audits, and communicate with suppliers to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team with content creation, email campaigns, social media management, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate business records, input sales data, and generate reports to provide insights into business performance.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders, negotiate pricing, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with teams across the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business support, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for beauty and haircare products is a bonus!

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
