Bassham Foods is a Restaurant Supply Company and has been servicing Restaurants around Texas and beyond for over seventy years. We are currently looking to add an Entry Level Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
- Placing customer orders or assisting customers with placing orders.
- Assist the customer with resolving issues pertaining to orders, products, shortages, etc.
- Assist Outside Sales Representatives with ordering needs, creating invoices or adjustments.
The right candidate will posses strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to provide effective communication with all levels of staff and management, posses strong computer skills, be detailed oriented and be capable of researching and solving problems.
This position is perfect for someone looking for a day time entry level office position wanting a Monday through Friday schedule.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good aptitude for math and analytical tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Work Schedule:
[Monday-Friday 8am-5pm]
