We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our acclaimed team. Our company represents top clients across multiple industries including telecommunications and technology, and we recently joined forces with one of the top wireless brands in the nation. We are able to drive brand visibility for our clients through cutting-edge promotional services and outstanding customer engagement. Thanks to our innovative strategies, our clients have experienced phenomenal acquisitions which has led us to extending our Customer Service Representative team. As our operations expand into the greater Dallas area, we are excited to add a new Customer Service Representative to our team.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between our clients and their customers by directly promoting wireless products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening, understanding their needs, and providing comprehensive responses to any inquiries
- Quote sales contracts and close deals on behalf of our clients, ensuring that all terms are accurately documented and compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with fellow Managers and team members to conduct in-depth analysis on wireless services while identify market trends or competitor activities
- Participate in client-provided training classes to stay up-to-date on current products, services, upgrades and promotions
- Plan and execute our clients’ promotional wireless services by creating brand awareness amongst customers
- Report customer feedback to management and clients, and identify areas for improvement
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, client services, sales or a related field is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual is a bonus
- Passionate about telling a brand story and driving customer engagement
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present information confidently
- Self-motivated, driven personality
- Ability to reliably commute to our office location and meet with clients
- Proficient computer skills to be able to work a tablet and had an advantage with wireless products is a plus

Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,600.00 per month
