What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Sales Executive position at Bathx Bathware India Pvt.Ltd (ABC Group)?
- Support to achieve Sales Target from branches by coordinating.
- Must have 2 year experience (Preferred to building material - retail industry will be an added advantage)
- Generate sales through professional agents (Architect, Builders, Contractor, Designers & Engineer).
- Study about Market Trends, collect data on upcoming projects - hospitals, villas, govt. projects, residences, Malls etc.
- Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers
- Timely market surveys on competitors price, product, brand, design, payment strategy etc.
- Conduct surveys to determine possible reception of a new product by a target market.
- Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary.
- Ensure company profile (website, printed profile, magazine), brand catalogues (e-catalogue), pricelist etc. at the time of appointment.
- Ensure customer see our e-Catalogue & services
- Help clients to select brand & product finalization according to their needs.
- Close sales, ensure & inform the payment terms and conditions, timely collection of trade payment.
- Ensure the on time delivery for closed customer.
- Provide customers with exceptional services during pre and post-sales support.
- Provide 100% swift service availability to meet customer needs on incase of urgency.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Work towards monthly or annual targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via
- telephone calls and emails.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Act as a contact between the company and its potential customers.
- Maintain relationship with customers by proper support, information and follow-ups.
- Handle complaints and provide timely feedbacks to customers and customer care.
- Maintain quality service with organization standards.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotation.
Requirements:
- Good Communication
- Willingness to Travel
- Candidates having minimum 2 Year of experience in field sales/Marketing.(Preferred in retail industry)
- Candidates from Coimbatore,Salem preferred.
- Salary varies according to experience in similar field.
