Baton Rouge Shrimp Company is a 50,000 square foot facility, housing over 490,000 cubic feet of cold storage space, as well as a processing and packaging plant for Premier Louisiana Shrimp. We currently offer blast freezing and cold storage capabilities in our USDA certified, on-site sister company, Advanced Cold Storage of Baton Rouge. The processing and packaging plant for Louisiana Certified Shrimp is projected to open around May of 2013.
