BATORY WAREHOUSE TRAINEE PROGRAM
Unlock your potential in the world of supply chain and get a jumpstart on your career!! Join Batory’s 12-week Warehouse Trainee program and gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations. Candidates will rotate through essential areas of operations including Material Handling, Forklift driving, Shipping and Receiving, Workplace Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Inventory Control, and Production. Learn how to approach every assignment with a safety-first mindset and discover how this important work plays a role in the larger picture of supply chain operations of a leading national distributor of food ingredients.
PROGRAM OUTLINE:
- All work takes place at our 700,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art distribution center in Wilmington, IL.
- Rotate through the departments for a well-rounded understanding of each warehouse function.
- Learn on-the-job skills in a collaborative environment.
- Receive coaching from a seasoned professional in each area.
- Each rotation will have a focus on open communication and feedback.
- Evaluations will be conducted at the end of each rotation, considering both technical skills and people skills.
- Trainee recognition upon successful completion of rotation program.
- Participate in team and company events that may occur throughout the duration of the program.
