Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Inputs, researches and obtains data and information for routine and moderately complex reports, templates and special assignments.
- May use software specific to department in coordinating and supporting initiatives.
- Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures; may assist in designing processes to enhance work flow.
- Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties; following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain approved access to military publication websites to acquire needed publications, assisting personnel with publications research and updating required publications as needed in EMS
- Work may be of a critical or confidential nature and requires a broad knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies and programs.
- Performs variety of other coordinating duties in support of specialized department goals.
- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years’ experience; or equivalent education and years of experience.
- Good oral and written communications skills and ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Self-initiative and ability to work independently.
- Requires a working knowledge of commonly used PC applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Depending on area of support, may be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working on-site at government client location
- Knowledgeable/Experience with Enterprise Management System (EMS) and TDM Catalyst
- Knowledge/Experience with Microsoft applications
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and maintain effective working relationships with government staff
- Ability to function as a proactive strategic partner with Senior Management to identify, plan and implement CIT programs designed to achieve organizational goals.
- Effective verbal and written communication, organization and time management, planning and delegation skills
- May require knowledge and/or certification specific to departments(s) managed.
- Experience in business process and system analysis.
