Position Details:
- Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)
- Status: Full Time (Exempt)
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary)
- Days: Monday – Friday
The Physician Contract Analyst responsibilities include:
- Analyze physician compensation plans for BayCare Health System.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting individual physician compensation based on Fair Market Value.
- Works collaboratively with physician practice operational leaders and legal team to support the physician compensation process.
- Participate in other compensation analysis and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:
- Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Related Field; Or - Bachelors - Human Resources
Required Experience:

- 7 years of Compensation in a Healthcare setting
