RESPONSIBILITIES. Managing over all buffet service on board. Managing a staff of up to 15 people. Responsible for all on board food service operations. Being responsible for opening and closing duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES. Pre-Cruise/ Event set up. Taking drink orders from guests. Taking and serving appetizer orders from guests. Occasionally serve food depending on cruise style (most are buffet style). Clearing dishes and cleaning the dining room. Setting up for special events.
RESPONSIBILITIES. Managing the dining room of up to 300 guests. Managing a staff of up to 30 people. Dealing with customers on a daily basis. Being responsible for opening and closing duties. Overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks for off location catering events.
RESPONSIBILITIES. Ensure the dining room is clean and ready for guest arrival and maintain cleanliness during the cruise. Memorize drink and food selection for on-demand recitation. Manage groups quickly and efficiently. Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle complaints/requests quickly and correctly. Ensure the bar is properly set in preparation for the cruise. Demonstrate ability to produce a wide variety of drink recipes.
