Position Summary: Oversee a team of Patient Financial Services representatives to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and client requirements for that team.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisor, team lead or senior representative position
- Strong Leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to manage complex calls
- Ability to mentor and coach Reps and Leads
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of managing call center call volume, phone coverage, team productivity and client requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to ensure compliance with law, policies, and procedures
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and monitor workflow
- Must possess basic computer skills, Microsoft Office experience preferred
Qualifications Preferred:
- Call center experience
- Medical billing or healthcare experience
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of PFS representatives -supporting, coaching, developing and directing them to be successful
- Take calls that your agents can’t handle and be available when an agent needs assistance
- Monitor pools and track inbound calls, calls waiting and abandonment rate
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
- Cover supervisor line when assigned
- Professionally interact with clients verbally and electronically as needed
- Analyze reports
- Address potential system issues internally and externally
- Monitor for compliance
- Complete client specific reporting and handle special projects
