Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Finance and Accounts teams to reconcile payments and address any discrepancies.
- Ensure all invoice-related queries are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product/service inquiries, order status, and issues.
- Utilize ERP software to manage customer orders, track invoice status, and update customer records.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on outstanding payments, customer queries, and issue resolution.
Qualification :
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business or Bachelor of Science (BS) / Associate of Science (AS) in Accounting
