Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be comfortable with cold calling and inside sales strategies. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will be crucial in driving sales growth and achieving targets. You should have experience is selling rental equipment, industrial sales, and/or selling to plants and refineries.
Duties
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the market, including competitor analysis and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize territory management and maximize sales opportunities.
- Present product offerings effectively to prospective clients, highlighting benefits tailored to their needs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and inside sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
- A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs.
