Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate located in Jacksonville, FL at Beard's Diamonds. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Luxury Retail Sales - 2 years preferred
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Customer Experience expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a plus
- Previous sales experience in the jewelry industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
