Member of appropriate professional organizations (Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., National Association of Legal Assistants and Legal Assistant Management Association). Florida Registered Paralegal.

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have vast experience within all the steps of the litigation process from pre-suit investigation to discovery throughout the appeals process.
- Have the ability to work independently but effectively with others.
- Have a high level of problem solving ability, organization and attention to detail with an Expert level in Summation or similar.
- Be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Florida and U.S. District Court laws, court procedures, and electronic discovery.
- Possess a minimum of five years’ experience working as a litigation paralegal in a large law firm; this person should have extensive trial, mediation and arbitration experience, shall possess thorough knowledge of state and federal court systems and procedures and laws relating to evidence and trial practice.
- Possess excellent communication, computer, organizational, research and technical skills.
- Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, organizing and maintaining factual information and documents in accordance with correct legal practice and procedure.
- Be responsible for billable work from pre-suit to settlement.
Required Licenses/Certification
