Beechwood Sales & Service has an excellent opportunity as an Sales Administrator. This position is a full-time, administrative role which works closely with the analyst team and provides valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry. The typical hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, this position is onsite at our New Berlin location. We are looking for an analytical and organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team. This is an excellent entry level role for recent Business related BA graduates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting all callers, properly redirecting calls, and screening calls
- Greeting guests and making guests feel welcome
- Assist employees and customers with general inquiries
- Drafting company correspondence
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and mass mailings
- Assist with management of intra-company website
- Assist with management of department expenditures
- Establish new customer accounts and maintain account files
- Build ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Track and summarize competitive activity
- Develop presentations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Job Requirements:
- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic, high energy, and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
